Orlando Reece is the interim Chief Executive Officer of Pride Media, the largest LGBTQ+ media brand reaching more users per month than any other in the market. With past experiences at Viacom, Disney, Yahoo!, Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia and others, Orlando has come to be known as an experienced senior executive, who transforms and disrupts business models with proven expertise in revenue generation and sales management. As a dynamic, engaging, collaborative communicator, Orlando has spent his career driving strategic initiatives in the areas of linear, digital, print and cross media marketing, product integration, and app development.

Mark Anthony Thomas is the Senior Vice President-Partnerships of New York City Economic Development Corporation. In this position, he leads teams that foster and manage industry and international relationships and business attraction. Mark previously worked for Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti, serving as the Director of the Operations Innovation Team, and piloting Fuse Corps as LA’s first executive fellow. With nearly two decades of work in the creative, media, and civic sectors, Mark has counseled local, national, foreign policy leaders, and industry innovators and serves as an advisor for nonprofits that incubate creative and civic talent.

Allyn L. Shaw is the Chief Operating Officer for Global Information Security at Bank of America. He serves on Bank of America’s LGBT Executive Council and Black Executive Leadership Council. Allyn is the executive sponsor for the Charlotte, NC chapter of the bank’s Black Professional Group, and a member of the Global Technology & Operations Diversity & Inclusion Council as well as the Women in Technology & Operations Global Advisory Board. He joined the board of Out and Equal Workplace Advocates in 2018.

James Felton Keith is an award winning engineer, economist, author, and serial entrepreneur, who has built a global ecosystem of Cyber, FinTech, and AdTech firms spending the past 20 years between 4 continents obsessing about economic inclusion, and reparative equity. Affectionately known as JFK, he was the first Black member of the LGBT community to run for US Congress and is a frequent keynote at global venues like the United Nations, Future Tech Congress, Data Protection World Forum, Money 20/20, and Hope Global Forums. 

Larry Miller is a Weekday Anchor at WUSA-9 TV in Washington, D.C.  He anchors segments for WUSA 9's morning show called 'Get Up DC!' and leads the afternoon team at 12pm.  He also files special reports for the Special Assignment Unit. His work has taken him all over the country and earned him an Edward R. Murrow Award for Hard News Reporting - and most recently and Emmy Award for his story about the struggles of grocery shopping in Wards 7 & 8 of Washington, D.C. He is also invested in the community; working as an adjunct professor at Prince George's Community College and mentoring young students pursing journalism careers.

Zach Stafford is the Editor-In-Chief of The Advocate, the nation's oldest gay magazine still in circulation today, and is the first black editor-in-chief of the magazine since its establishment. He is also the newest co-host of "AM to DM", a morning news show on Twitter presented by Buzzfeed News. Zach comes to his role as both the former chief content officer of Grindr, as well as the editor-in-chief of the Grindr-owned publication INTO, during which time he spearheaded projects like Kindr, aimed at addressing discrimination in the app. He has also been an editor-at-large at OUT magazine and a contributor to The Guardian.

Dakarai Gerrard Larriett is a New York-based cosmetics industry executive and consumer packaged goods entrepreneur with experience at L’Oréal, LVMH and Reckitt Benckiser. Gerrard Larriett Aromatherapy Pet Care, his natural pet products line, has earned him recognition as Pet Age Magazine’s Forty Under 40 and Harlem Demo Day’s inaugural winner. Gerrard Larriett products are sold across the United States, Canada, Europe and Japan both online and in stores. Dakarai enjoys staying active in his community and serves as board member at Harm Reduction Coalition, a national advocacy organization that works to promote the health and dignity of individuals and communities who are impacted by drug use.

David has 20 years of Corporate experience, most recently as the Head of Change Management for Third Party Risk Management at AIG, and prior to that as a 15 year management consultant at Deloitte and Accenture.
